Despite the company’s claims, Appuloss does not appear to contain a proven appetite suppressant. As mentioned above, Appuloss is said to help reduce hunger, but none of the ingredients in the Appuloss formula have been proven to do so. Therefore, we believe that consumers interested in this type of function in a weight loss supplement would do better to look at products that contain the herb Hoodia Gordonii, which has been shown in several clinical studies to reduce food cravings and hunger.
We also want to note that Appuloss contains a few Caffeine derivatives. Traditionally, Caffeine-based products are associated with adverse side effects, and due to their inclusion in Appuloss, some users of this formula may experience nausea, jitteriness or anxiety.
