This formulation may contain some of the following ingredients: L-Arginine, Niacin, Yohimbe Extract 8%, Methyl Nicotinate, Muira Puama, Panax Ginseng, Catuaba, Maca, Saw Palmetto, Lidocaine, Glycine Soja (Soybean Oil), Cetyl Alcohol NF, Tocopherol, Sodium Bicarbonate, Lechitin (from Soy), and Propylpanaben NF.

It is certainly to this product’s advantage that it contains the ingredients Yohimbe and Panax Ginseng. Both of these ingredients are known to be potent aphrodisiacs and sexual enhancers. However, we strongly disagree with this product’s use of the local anesthetic Lidocaine in this formulation. While numbing agents may be used in sexual enhancement products in order to increase duration, we feel they quite defeat the purpose of intensifying sexual pleasure. A numbing agent, needless to say, generally has a numbing effect on the penis, which is likely to decrease sensation and pleasure.

In fact, many men might not realize that the impact of such an agent goes beyond stifling their own pleasure. According to one expert, “Many products designed to prolong stamina have the potential to not only desensitize the user, but also desensitize the female partner.” We hardly feel that a sexual encounter in which pleasure is diminished for both partners should be considered a success. In addition, this cream appears to contain two separate sources of Soy. Soy has recently become the source of great controversy regarding its potential “feminizing” effects on men. Some even claim that the regular consumption of Soy may lead to decreased penis size.

This product claims that it will work within minutes to provide stronger erections, increased libido, and enhanced erection size. Although this product’s description states that it is not a “penis enlargement” product, much of its advertising material, and arguably even its name, imply as much. Consumers are encouraged to maintain realistic expectations regarding any topical product’s ability to enlarge their penis.
