Siales HCl is the main ingredient listed for Extenz-Rx. It also contains Horny Goat Weed, Yohimbe Extract Complex, Ginkgo Biloba, Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, MACA, Cnidium Monnier.

Yohimbe Extract Complex is from an evergreen plant native to Africa. It has had good success in increasing blood flow to the penis and is used as a male aphrodisiac.

Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa is a lichen found in Asia, Australia and other parts of the world. It is believed to have some aphrodisiac like properties. There was no research available to corroborate this theory.

Horny Goat Weed has been Chinese Medicine for centuries to treat fatigue and to increase sexual potency. Some animal based studies have suggested that Horny Goat Weed may restore testosterone levels to normal levels, which might explain the mostly anecdotal stories about improved sexual function. However, the results in animal studies and human studies can be very different, due to the difference in metabolism, as well as other factors.

Ginkgo Biloba is an herb which is best known for its memory enhancing affects. It is also purported to be good for improved circulation.

They also did not post any information regarding research on this ingredient. In general, we believe it is important to know what is in the supplements you take for sexual enhancement or for other reason. In additional, we believe consumers have a right to expect manufacturers to disclose this data, so they can make an informed product choice.

Extenz-Rx contains one very interesting and proven male sexual fitness agent, Yohimbe Extract Complex, which has been proven to increase the hardness and quality of erections, as well as boosting libido and overall performance. Extenz does not indicate how much of this herb is in this product so we can not certain how effective it will actually be.

The Extenz-Rx website spend a great deal of time talking about penis size, how important size is and that Extenz-Rx can correct this issue, but almost no time talking about the actual ingredients and what they do. We would have liked to have seen more hard data on this site and less hype.
