Game On - The Movie About the Seduction Community

Game On is packed with never before seen interviews from the founders and bench-markers. We all like seeing unrehearsed live footage of Mystery (who now is the star of VH1’s number one show about picking up girls) and other well respected Pick Up Artists, and there are so many other candid discussions and roundtables that have never been revealed before. What really makes Game On stand out is that it is NOT a ‘how-to’ instruction manual. It is a film about the community and its industry told from the inside. We get a lot of quality conversation about how the gurus see the industry currently, where it is going and how they feel about its evolution.

A fellow pick-up guru says of Mystery in the film: “Mystery is an emotionally crippled child, but he can pick up anyone. He can’t maintain a relationship to save his life, but when it comes to pick-up, he’s fucking brilliant! You can not touch him.” Obviously, many people were introduced to him by the new and very popular VH1 show, the “Pick Up Artist”, but in Game On, we get to see Mystery before the underground movement had fully exploded. It is cool to hear his opinion on the scene and see him in action at that time. We get some really good interviews with him that people will not see or hear anywhere else.

The media hype footage inserted throughout the film chronicles the community’s rise right up until it fully explodes. There is a killer interview clip of Jimmy Kimmel and Neil Strauss (author of the best selling book, ‘Game On’ about seduction). In this interview, Jimmy sarcastically calls Neil (and the guys in the scene) ‘nerds’ after Neil explains that the underground seduction community speaks in their own code and gives a hilarious ‘in the field’ example.

The film introduces us to Thompson before he was ‘Future’. Game On looks at the Underground Seduction Community through his eyes as a student studying the gurus. This is a character that is hard not to enjoy in every scene he comes into….like when he sneaks into the Seduction Summit Conference in Montreal in order to avoid the $800 fee. He will bust you up, and he is sort of cool. Future is now a lead instructor for "The Mystery Method" corporation.

We also like that Game On gives us some insight into what ladies think about the community. Some females find it offensive, some think the community is wonderful because it helps guys socialize with them better, and others just think that most guys are Average Frustrated Chumps. Believe it or not, girls are quite hip to what is going on.
