L Tyrosine

L-Tyrosine is a nonessential amino acid, which means that it may be made by the human body out of other substances. For instance, L-Tyrosine is found in dairy products, meats, fish, wheat, oats and other foods that contain protein. L-Tyrosine is also a protein building block, which is created in the body from phenylalanine, a different amino acid.
