MANPLUS is said to contain some of the following ingredients: Damiana, which is a purported aphrodisiac; Kola Nut, which is a caffeine derivative; Muira Puama, also said to increase sexual drive; Knotgrass, which the company claims is a powerful Chinese sexual tonic; Savory, a purported aphrodisiac; Ginger, which is said to be full of antioxidants; Cinnamon, claimed to have healing properties; Angelica, thought to increase circulation; Gentian, which is said to increase energy levels; Guarana, also a caffeine derivative, Ginseng, believed to have many health benefits and also increase energy levels; Dog Rose, which is said to aid with gout; Spirulina, another purported energy booster; and Green Tea, which is another caffeine derivative, and also said to be a rich source of antioxidants.

As a whole, we find this formula mostly consists of purported aphrodisiacs and ingredients meant to increase energy and overall health. MANPLUS is primarily advertised to increase sexual drive, but we find that men are often concerned with other sexual issues may appreciate additional enhancements beyond an increased sexual drive. One ingredient on the market, Yohimbe, is said to increase blood flow to the genitals, which may result in firmer, longer lasting erections. However, MANPLUS does not currently contain this ingredient.

However, the formula contains several caffeine derivatives, as noted above. Caffeine may offer limited male sexual enhancements, and may, at best, temporarily improve stamina with increases in energy levels. Though, we would like to note that many caffeine-based dietary supplements are associated with adverse side effects, and some people who use MANPLUS may experience jitters, nausea or insomnia.

Ultimately, we find this product contains a variety of simple ingredients that may provide various benefits. There are several aphrodisiacs in the formula, as well as sources for antioxidants and immune boosters. Currently, MANPLUS is sold by a United Kingdom-based company, and may be quite expensive after exchange rates and shipping costs are taken into account.

Though, as a male sexual aid, we believe this formula may do little more than increase sexual drive. We believe men who would also like to experience increased sensitivity and firmer erections should look into a product that contains the above mentioned Yohimbe.
