Man-Xl contains: Wild Green Oats (Avena Sativa), Yohimbe, Guarana, Gynostemma Pantaphyllum extract, Saw Palmetto, Ginseng, Niacin Zinc, Maca, Muira Puama , Oyster Meat, L-Arginine, Oatstraw, Nettle Leaf, Cayenne, Pumpkin Seed, Sarsparilla, Orchic Substance, Licorice Root, Tribulus, Ginseng Blend and Astragalus.

Man-Xl uses a rather extensive array of herbal extracts, some of which are extremely effective, while others are effective, but not in the area of sexuality or sexual health. However, Man-Xl uses a trinity of the three herbs that have been shown to be extremely effective in helping men deal with sexual issues - Yohimbe, Tribulus and Muira Puama.

These three are used in many of the more successful male sexual enhancement products because Yohimbe can help boost the hardness, potency and quality of erections, Tribulus can significantly boost testosterone production and Muira Puama has been proven to be able to increase male sexual desire, potency and ability.

That said this formula also use ingredients, which are extremely healthful, but which have little use in actually boosting sexual performance or desire. For instance, L-Arginine is an amino acid which is sometimes used to help treat high blood pressure. Oat Straw has traditionally been used as a grain, known for its energizing effects, as well as being rich in nutrients.

Licorice Root has been used to augment gum healing and health, as well as a treatment for stomach ulcers. Pumpkin Seed is believed to have an effect on prostate health; although this does not translate into increased sexual potency. The Man-Xl website does post testimonials, which were really glad to see given the rather mild abilities of this product. At first glance it appeared that there were many testimonials posted, however, upon further review we noted that only 7 testaments were actually posted, which was rather troubling. Usually the more successful and results oriented formulas will have rather lush testimonial sections. Given the fact that this formula uses so many herbal elements that are not geared toward boosting sexuality we were not surprised at the scarcity of testimonials on this website.

The website for Man-Xl indicates that this product can increase penis size; a claim many formulas will make to differentiate themselves from other products and prey on the hopes and fears of consumers. However, there are no holistic supplements, which can in reality increase penis size; although holistic supplementation can help men reclaim their sexual stamina, virility, potency, as well as increase the quantity, and quality of erections.

Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, we did like that this product uses Yohimbe, Tribulus and Muira Puama; although clearly they are the most potent herbal extracts used in the rather busy formulary. This triad usually works extremely well when combined with Catuaba Bark Extract, a rather extreme male aphrodisiac; as well as Damiana, which has been proven to be able to significantly increase sexual performance. We usually suggest consumers look for formulas that include these heavy hitting and results oriented male sexuality agents. It is unfortunate that they were not included in this products formulary.
