Optipatch contains: Ginseng, which may increase energy and augment health; Damiana, which is advertised to work as an aphrodisiac and “strengthen the male sexual system”; Gotu Kola, which is a type of caffeine; Saw Palmetto, which is a hyped, unproven method to boost testosterone levels; Menthol, which is an astringent with may open pores; Yohimbe, which is an herb that may increase blood flow to the genitals.

In general, Optipatch utilizes herbs and chemicals in moderate doses. The stand-out ingredient would have to be Yohimbe. This herb is native to Africa and has been used as a medicinal, male aphrodisiac for some time now. It may encourage further blood flow to the penis, which could lengthen the time of erections and enhance its stimulation. Though, this herb has not been shown to affect the overall size of the penis.

However, due to the delivery system of Optipatch, the benefits of Yohimbe and other ingredients, are likely to go unused. This product uses a dermal patch, which is to be placed on skin, near but not on the genitals. We do not find dermal delivery systems to effectively transport the supplements into the body for absorption. Also, the makers of this product fail to cite additional research in support of this chosen delivery method on Optipatch’s website.

It is suggested to change the patch every three days for “maximum enlargement.” Many consumers who have used a patch supplement in the past complained of the product failing to stick, causing itchiness and being difficult to entirely remove the patch glue from the skin after use.

However, once again the makers of Optipatch do not cite research, and unfortunately there is no current supplement which can enlarge the penis, especially with such dramatic results.
