Pinnacle 60s contains some of the following: Vitamin E, Yohimbe, Ginseng, Paprika, L-arginine, L-ornithine, Muira Puma and Saw Palmetto.

We find Pinnacle 60s’ formula contains some potent sexuality enhancers, such as Yohimbe and Ginseng. These elements are often used in some of the more progressive male sexuality formulas because they are extremely results-oriented. Yohimbe contains an element known to doctors as Yohimbine. This element was used extensively in Europe before Viagra® and other pharmaceuticals were available to address ED. It has been shown to enhance blood flow in the penis, as well as augment cGMP levels. These are both mechanisms that may dramatically increase erection hardness and longevity. They are also mechanisms that many pharmaceutical-grade medications often try to augment as well.

Ginseng has also been shown to enable men to increase erectile function. In fact, it has been shown in clinical studies to allow men to ease premature ejaculation, a notoriously hard condition to address either holistically or medically. Ginseng has also been used in Asia for generations to allow men to maintain and restore their sexual desire, virility and stamina.

While this formula is loaded with erection enhancers, we find it falls short in terms of extracts that may increase testosterone production. Yet, it is advertised as being able to do just, which we believe is clearly not the case when you take a good hard look at this formula. We find it lacks a proven and effective testosterone booster, such as Tribulus Terrestris, potentially leaving its results short of its claims.

Tribulus Terrestris has been shown to boost the body’s natural production of luteinizing hormone (LH). This hormone is in charge of letting the body know when its time to increase testosterone production. So, in essence, the more LH is in the blood stream, the more testosterone is produced. Users of Tribulus Terrestris often report that they experience a boost in virility, sex drive and potency. We feel it is unfortunate that this element or another testosterone enhancing extract was not used in this formula, as we think it would have offered users a higher level of sexual pleasure and performance.

The developer of Pinnacle 60s suggests that it may both increase testosterone production and sex drive. During the course of our research, we found that it may increase erectile function and desire due to its inclusion of Yohimbe and Ginseng, but it lacks a proven testosterone booster. This was troubling to us, since many men beginning in their late 20s start to produce less testosterone, which may negatively impact sex drive, potency and virility.

For this reason, many of the more progressive developers will include an element in their formulas, such as Tribulus Terrestris, that may directly and quickly address this issue. In fact, according to our research, Tribulus Terrestris has become the “go to” extract for augmenting testosterone production.
