According to the SaxMax™ website, this product contains some of the following ingredients: Vitamin E, Vitamin B-6, Zinc, Copper, Selenium, Pantothenic Acid, Tribulus Leaf, Epimedium, L-Arginine, Maca Root Extract, Yohimbe, Muira Puama, Oat Straw Extract, Damiana Leaf, Saw Palmetto, Ginger, Mexican Sarsaparilla, Ashwagandha, Panax Ginseng, Gingkgo Biloba and Stinging Nettle.

We are pleased to see that this formula contains Damiana, as it is said to be a potent aphrodisiac. Though, we are concerned over the inclusion of Saw Palmetto, which is thought to be good for prostate health and rumored to boost sexual drive. Though, this ingredient is also associated with potentially adverse side effects that some people may experience. These possible side effects include nausea, cramping, diarrhea and headaches.

However, we find there are two stand-out ingredients in this formula - Tribulus and Yohimbe. Tribulus is clinically proven to increase bodily testosterone levels by raising blood levels of the luteinizing hormone (LH), which regulates the natural testosterone levels in the body. If LH is significantly increased, it may indirectly increase testosterone. This could potentially lead to a stronger sex drive and more stamina for sexual and athletic performance.

Yohimbe is a plant native to Africa which has been shown to generate further blood circulation to the penis. This may create firmer, longer lasting erections. Adequate circulation in the genitals has been indicated to be an important factor when attempting to enhance sexual function.

Though, as beneficial as these ingredients may be, they have not been shown to enlarge the size of the penis, as the manufacturer advertises. Also, some people may prefer to find a product that offers both Yohimbe and Tribulus in a formula that is not overloaded with ingredients, like SaxMax™, which may hinder their potency and effectiveness.

The manufacturer promises that people who use this supplement will increase the size of their penis by several inches. Ultimately, we feel they are playing off the insecurities of some men in an attempt to make money. Again, nearly every penis enlarger supplement we have come across on the market has failed to work as advertised.

Again, we find it is highly unlikely to find a penis enlargement product on the market that actually works. Some people may prefer a product that does not make false promises. For best results, we suggest finding a product that has a patented delivery system, and that has been reported to deliver both immediate and long-term effects.
