Stamtrex is a product launched by a company for which we could find no additional information. We usually try to get as much information about the product and its developer as possible, so we can get a well rounded view of product we are looking at. It is unfortunate that we could not ascertain this information through our usual channels.
Stamtrex is promoted as a male sexual stamina and performance aid. The manufacturer says Stamtrex is “extremely effective and helpful in the treatment and prevention of male sexual impotence, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, poor or infrequent erections and libido loss”. We have seen these claims made before by similar products, some of which tend to exaggerate the level of improvement their products can produce. However, we will investigate Stamtrex carefully to see if it can achieve the advertised results.

Stamtrex ‘s herbal and amino acid based formula contains the following ingredients: GABA, Cernitin, Yohimbe,Tongkat Ali, Muira Puama, L-Arginine, Tribulus Terrestris, Epimedium, Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa, Cnidium Monnier and Mucuna Pruriens.
L-Arginine is a protein amino acid which is needed by the body to help in healing when the body goes through trauma such as a surgical procedure, under these conditions additional supplementation is often needed.
Yohimbe is an evergreen from Africa, which has enjoyed success in increasing blood flow to the penis and as a male aphrodisiac.
GABA is an inhibitory neurotransmitter, which prevents the body’s cells from overloading. It is thought to have certain calming effects. GABA has been used as a sexual stimulant because it may help with the release of some sex hormones.
Cnidium Monnier is a derivative of a plant which grows in China. It has been used extensively in Chinese Medicine as a treatment for skin conditions. Cnidium Monnier is thought to be a libido booster, but there is little research available to validate this claim.
Cernitin is called Rye pollen in the United States. It has been used in the treatment of chronic prostatitis because it contains certain chemicals which inhibit prostate cells from growing.
Xanthoparmelia Scabrosa is a lichen, which is found throughout Asia, Australia and other parts of the world. It is believed to have certain aphrodisiac properties, which have not been confirmed by research. We believe there need to be additional studies performed on this compound to see if it is a viable aphrodisiac.

Stamtrex’s formula is a mix of aggressive herbs, and ones which have either no history of being a libido booster or for which, no or little, research is available. Cernitin is one example; it is a rather effective aid in fighting prostate diseases but has not traditionally been used as a sexuality enhancing treatment. L-Arginine is an amino acid which helps with healing from trauma, but has little effect on the male libido.
Conversely, Stamtrex also utilizes some very effective sexual fitness herbs. Yohimbe is used in this formulary; it has been proven to be effective in increasing the blood flow to the penis. This may well aid in creating harder and longer lasting erections. However, this formula uses a very low dose of Yohimbe.
Stamtrex also uses Epimedium, which has been used by Chinese Medical Practitioners to boost sexual desire and stamina, as well as an aid in fighting fatigue.

Overall, we believe that this product may be somewhat effective in treating some forms of male sexual dysfunction, but we do not believe it is a “silver bullet” for erectile dysfunction, impotence or chronic sexual problems. This formulas saving grace is that it uses both Epicedium and Yohimbe, but it uses Yohumbre at such a low dose, it is hard to say if it will be effective or not.

Problems associated with sexual dysfunction have become more and more prevalent, creating a market for aids to help restore sexual fitness. In general, we believe that natural supplementation can be very beneficial to men seeking a reprieve from sexual problems and issues, as well as renewed sexual fitness.

We do not believe it will be helpful to all men or addresses all issues associated with sexual dysfunction. This formula contains an interesting mix of herbs; some are benign and others can be extremely helpful with restoring sexual fitness. Stamtrex’s formula utilizes Epimedium and Yohimbe both of which are excellent male sexual enhancers, both together and alone.
However, Stamtrex seems to use a very small amount of Yohimbe in its formula; we are unclear about its effectiveness at that dosage.
