Vitrix Review Summary |
Although at first glance Vitrix seems to be comprised of some very familiar herbs, its product description claims that they are actually quite unique. The manufacturer seems to argue that while most other testosterone-enhancing products contain the Bulgarian (implying inferior) species of certain herbs, Vitrex contains the far superior German species. This distinction may sound a bit unusual, and with good reason. For in spite of this product’s assertions, it actually contains some fairly standard ingredients.

 | Ingredients At A Glance |
|
Vitrix contains: Tribulus Terrestris, which has been shown to increase testosterone levels; Vitex Agnus Castus, an herb used to regulate hormone levels; Avena Sativa, also known as wild oats, which is thought to increase the amount of free testosterone in the blood; Epimedium, which has been shown to boost stamina; and Eurycomo Longfoli Jack to support healthy testosterone levels.

 | Ingredients In Focus |
|
Tribulus Terrestris is a flowering plant native to warm temperate and tropical regions of southern Europe, southern Asia, throughout Africa, and in northern Australia. It is thought to modulate hormone levels by stimulating the pituitary gland, which may help to free up bound testosterone in the body. This increase may help to boost fertility and libido, as well as help maintain bone strength and a healthy immune system. Although the exact mechanism of action is unknown, in studies it has been shown to stimulate sexual behavior.

 | Lifestyle Benefits |
|
Vitrix does consumers a service by distinguishing between the forms of Tribulus Terrestris found in most supplements and the form that is actually most effective. In order to significantly raise testosterone levels, the Tribulus must contain enough levels of a steroidal saponin called protodioscin. These levels vary in the plant throughout the year, so it must be processed at just the right time. Regardless of whether it is Bulgarian, German, or from any other country, in order to meet high quality standards, Tribulus terrestis products must contains at least 60% protodioscin. Unfortunately for Vitrix, its protodioscin levels are only standardized to 20%.

 | Final Thoughts |
|
There are a number of very compelling reasons to consider a testosterone-boosting supplement, and several of them are outlined in Vitrix’s product description. Testosterone levels tend to decline with age, causing a reduction of the libido and putting individuals at greater risk for bone and muscle depletion.
Fortunately, Tribulus has been shown to be a reliable supplement for enhancing hormone production while still keeping it within normal levels. Of course, there can be quite a bit of variation in the quality of ingredients from one supplement to another, but regardless of whether they are Bulgarian or German, herbs that have been concentrated usually deliver the maximum benefits. Seek out formulas that contain Tribulus and offer free samples.
