XynaVolume™ contains some of the following: Carnitine, Co q10, Selenium200 and Zinc20.

While this product claims to increase ejaculation and libido, it seems most of the elements used are geared toward increasing sperm health in terms of fertility and motility. In general, L-Carnitine plays a vital role in the development of sperm formation and maturation, as well as the continuation of sperm quality. It also plays a role in sperm motility, which is important, because motility allows the sperm to swim through the uterus to the fallopian tubes, so that it fertilizes the egg.

Co q10 has been used for a variety of purposes. It has been shown to enhance the immune system, while also acting as an antioxidant. There is also a great deal of research suggesting that using Coenzyme Q10 supplements may prevent or address some conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. It has also been shown to increase sperm motility, leading to enhanced fertility, which is why it is used in this formula.

Selenium has been suggested to be useful in fighting cancer and HIV, but its ability to augment sexuality may be limited. Zinc is also used in this formula to augment fertility. Some developers suggest it may increase erection quality, but this has not been shown to be true in research studies; however its effect on fertility has.

xynaVolume™ is also purported to enable men to climax harder and ejaculate more. However, we see little indication that the elements used in this formulary may produce these kinds of results, which we feel is unfortunate. A harder climax and increased ejaculation may augment pleasure, as well as aid with fertility in terms of enabling sperm to make its way up the uterus.

We believe this ability would have been augmented by the inclusion of Ginseng or Epimedium. These elements have been shown to increase both libido and ejaculation. In fact, Ginseng has been shown to support men who have premature ejaculation last longer and feel a greater level of pleasure, which is unprecedented in terms of results, because this condition is notoriously hard to address, either medically or holistically.

xynaVolume™ may well enable men to achieve a greater level of sperm health, but men who are looking for intensified pleasure and ejaculation may be disappointed with the results this formula produces. The elements used in xynaVolume™ seems to be more focused on augmenting sperm health and fertility than sexuality.

Men who desire to have a greater level of sexual functionality and sperm health may prefer to seek out formulas that include these elements, along with known sexuality enhancers, such as Ginseng or Epimedium.
